She already knows everything!

Tonight while I was putting Sophie to bed she asked me something. I don't even remember what it was. I do know that whatever it was I did not know the answer. She said, "But grown-ups know everything." I told her that we really didn't but we could usually find stuff out. Her response was, "I know everything. I know that caterpillars turn to butterflies when they grow up and I'll tell you the rest in the morning."
