I cannot believe that my sweet baby got on a bus this morning and went to her first day of kindergarten.
It was dreary and rainy this morning but she was all smiles and excitement.
Sam wouldn't go outside because of the rain and dark. He was happy for Sophie and said he would miss her.
Even though she said she knew they would be happy tears she asked me not to cry. I managed to stay tear free until she was on the bus.
I am so proud my baby. She has grown into a happy confident little girl.
I can't wait to hear all about her day!!

Bless you heart! But, I am sure it makes it easier when you have one happy to start...not that I would know! Best of luck and tell sweet Sophie Congratulations on this big step!
Wow - such a big day! And rode the bus too. I love her dress - so adorable. She looks like such a grown up!
I think this is probably the hardest thing for a mama to do! I hope she has a great day!

This is a hard thing for a mommy to do. Let go. I know when my oldest started to school I cried everyu day for a week. That was years and years ago. Now next year my olodest grandbaby will be going off to kindergarten. I even dread that.
