Yee Haw!

Since moving from Tennessee I get lots of comments on my accent. Now those of you who have actually heard me talk will not be surprised by this. However those of you who have not heard me, let me just say that I have a very thick East Tennessee accent.

Well I never thought that my own children would start to notice that I sound a little different than everyone else around them.

But today Sophie asked me to read a sign to her and I did. It said, "Boston Ferns $12.99."

To which she responded, "Mama, why do you sound like a cowgirl?"

Too funny! I had to read this one to all my co-workers. They thought it was hilarious too.
