Three years ago this week Scott and I were in Russia meeting Sam. Three years. Wow! Sometimes it seems like yesterday. All the time it seems like he has always been here.

I will tell you that I had no idea when I met Sam the joy and laughter he would bring to my life.
He is so full of energy and silliness. He hears the words no, quit and stop that a lot.
He hears I love you a lot more.
He is happy, smart, loving, forgiving, thoughtful, and he really does give the best hugs.
Thank God for my sweet Sam and for the blessing of adoption.
