This is one our first meetings in the baby home. Sophie was such a scared little baby. She cried every time she saw us. I think she had finally cried herself out. I am glad we captured this moment. I am feeling sad lately that my baby is getting so big. On the other hand I could not be happier that she is not scared anymore. She is so confident and happy.
Oh how I love this sweet child.

I'm so conflicted about mine growing up. Guess it's good that I have no choice! I remember that wonderful feeling of holding them in Russia. And the pain of leaving...
