Ok, so I decided to jump on the adoption blog bandwagon. I am not sure that anyone will even read this but here goes. We have one daughter, Sophie, adopted from Russia in 2004 and are now waiting to adopt our son, Samuel (also from Russia). We visited Sam in June and have been waiting for a court date since then. We have faith that we will soon hear something. We waited for what seemed like forever for Sophie, and God gave us the most wonderful child (we are only a little biased) in His time.
Just in case you are wondering, I named our blog "A Big Happy Family" because when our daughter was learning to talk we would ask her "What are we?", and we taught her to respond by saying "A big happy family!" We still ask her and she still says we are "a big happy family and when Baby Sam gets here we will be an even bigger happy family." God creates families in many different ways, and I a so thankful that He chose adoption for my family.

hey there. It was fun to read yours as well- great story for your name. We weren't nearly as creative:) anyway the pics just showed up that size. Although when I was downloading them from the blog page, it did give you a choice to do small, med, large. I have mine on medium. I guess I need to work on the orientation of the pics now:)
