On August 21st, 2004 I saw this sweet angel's face for the first time.
Oh how I had waited for that moment.
It did not disappoint.
Those big brown eyes. Those cheeks. That little sprig of hair over her ear. That mouth.
I can't tell you how many times I looked at this photo while waiting to go meet her.
I thank God for the gift of adoption and my precious Sophie!!
