Our Week

This has been a busy week.

We had a snow/ice day and Sophie had a stomach bug.

Both were short lived!

Thank goodness.

Sophie was student of the week in her class.

Scott, Sam, and I went and had lunch with her today.

School lunches.

Always interesting.

She was surprised to see us and we were happy to be there.

She attends a small school and we love it!

Sam had his first field trip this week.

Talk about excited.

That boy was beside himself.

I so wanted to go with him but it was the day Sophie was sick.

He did not care that I was not going.

He got to ride with friends. In someone's car.

Thrilled I tell ya!

Sam has added to his list of things he wants to be when he grows up.

He wants to be Santa Claus!

As soon as Sophie got off the bus today she asked if we could go to Target and check out the dollar isles.

Such a proud moment for me!

They both always make me proud.

I am truly blessed to be their mother.

Our weekend will be busy too.

Basketball game, birthday party, church.

It is always something.

I wouldn't have it any other way!!
