in my life had such a bad sinus infection!!!
My head hurts.
It hurts to turn my head!
To look up or down!
My ears hurt.
My teeth hurt.
I can't smell or taste anything!
Either this is bad or I am a big baby!
My children have lived on granola bars and sugary cereal!!
I guess I should be happy they are getting some kind of food.
It's better than nothing - right?
I have too much to do to feel this way.
There is spring cleaning to be done.
Regular cleaning to be done.
And I have a 10k in less than 2 weeks. Not. Even. Close. To. Ready.
I think I am going to lay down!

They seem to get worse every year. Mucinex works for me unless it's gotten too bad and then I need antibiotics. And lots of ibuprofen. Sorry you hurt!
go get an antibiotic. Usually the sinus infections don't go away with over the counter stuff - at least not for me. Don't suffer any longer than you have to! Hope you feel better soon!
