Follow-up Doctor's Visit

After we arrived home with Sam he was seen by our pediatrician. This of course is routine as a baseline is needed. At that time (a month ago) he was in the 10th percentile for weight and the 25th percentile for height. Well today was our follow-up visit. Sam has gained 2 pounds and grown almost an inch! In a month! I figured this might be the case since he eats all the time. He is now in the 25th percentile for both weight and height. The doctor also has nothing but good things to say about Sam's development. She said his motor skills both fine and gross appear to be right on target. His speech is coming along nicely as well. Overall she is very pleased as are we with how well Sam is adjusting to this new world he has entered.
