We had court earlier today and it went great. It only lasted about 25 minutes and most of the questions were basic - mostly about Sophie. So that made it pretty easy to talk about.
After driving two and half hours we finally made it to Kemorovo and it started snowing. You know the kind of snow that would totally close schools down in the South but these people didn't seem to notice. They were going on about their business like it was a beautiful sun shiny day. Our car was sliding all over the place. Needless to say I was a little nervous. But we made it.
We were in court with two other couples and all adoptions were granted and 10 days waived - it was a great day!
Now we are about to go to bed and when we get up in the morning we will head over to the baby house to get Sam. YEAH!!!
We had a great visit yesterday with him. He was playing, walking, and cuddling. It was soooo wonderful.
God is so very good. As hard as this has been and as long as it has taken - this could not be more perfect.
