Destination: Russia Departure: Tomorrow

We leave tomorrow. I cannot believe it is finally here. I would like to once again thank everyone for all your prayers and support. It is truly a blessing to know so many people (some I don't really know) are praying for us and our little Sam.

The journey that lies ahead of is full of emotion. There are not really words to express the impact of this trip on our lives. As Scott and I were packing last night we ran across a book that we took with us when we adopted Sophie. It has a duck that snaps into a page and we would take the duck out and quack and she would smile so big. This was a big deal remember Sophie cried everytime we were with her in the baby home. When we saw this book we both became so excited. Those memories are so very special and we are about to create these memories with Sam.

We are hopeful that we will be able to update our blog while in Russia. So keep praying for us and check for updates.
